MossCost was part of an A/E team providing ongoing design services for the VISN 11 region. Nine tasks were issued. Tasks at Saginaw VAMC: a primary care renovation, a canopy addition/reconfiguration, an interior renovation and an addition to accommodate a new MRI trailer, including a new elevator and waiting area. Tasks at Ann Arbor VAMC: an upgrade of a 200 Amp feed, a stairwell renovation, parking controls, and a pneumatic tube replacement. The IDIQ contract was from 2010-2015. Each task required a market analysis as part of the deliverable. Projects involved were mechanical, electrical, civil, architectural and structural disciplines.
