Moss Construction provided SD and DD stage estimates for a HOK designed $750 Million, 37 acre new hospital complex. Program included new level 1 trauma center, adult burn center, emergency department, diagnostic/ treatment podium, patient bed towers, a central utility plant, a parking garage with 2,700 parking spaces, and a state of the art green roof design. Project incorporates a variety of sustainable design features and is pursuing LEED Silver certification. Includes a self-sustaining rainwater irrigation systems for the native plant landscape and a “Sky Farm” on the roof of the 8 story clinic building. image source
