The Food and Drug Administration was consolidating some of their operations as part of a Multi-Phase Master Plan at the White Oak Site in Montgomery County, Maryland. This new 33,817 gross square meters (GSM) facility accommodated a future fourth floor pedestrian bridge to the third level of the CDRH Lab Building and a second floor bridge to the adjacent Life Sciences Lab.
